Lesson 3 in the Video Course About Benzak Denim Developers

In the first lesson of this course, Lennaert Nijgh explains how he started Benzak Denim Developers out of pure passion; because he was inspired by Japanese denim brands’ craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This fascination with how the Japanese makes jeans is evident in many of BDD’s defining features, which Lennaert dives into in lesson 2.

What he did want to do differently than most Japanese brands was the fits. Instead of loose vintage cuts, he wanted his jeans to fit Europeans better.

In this third lesson, you’ll learn everything you need to know about the three types of fits that BDD offers, and not least who they’re designed for.

Not only is this helpful if you’re buying BDD jeans for yourself; if you’re selling the brand, what you’ll learn in this lesson helps you better guide your customers.

In the fourth and final lesson of this course, you’ll learn about the fabrics that BDD jeans are made from. You can find all four lessons of the course here.
