• We have a "knowledge" problem!

Sales staff in retail often don’t know much about the jeans they’re selling. That's a problem because it's much harder to make your customers trust you when you don't know what you're talking about. And that means they're less likely to buy form you!

  • 46% sales increase through product knowledge

Research from the Wharton business school shows that sales staff who complete online product knowledge training sell up to 46% more compared to staff who doesn't take the training!

  • Online staff training makes it easy

The easiest and most convenient way to teach retail staff and other denim professionals the product knowledge they need to create better customer experiences and increase sales is online training.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get?

With your subscription, you get access to the Denim 101 course and all the member resources on the platform.

What does it cost?

A single-user subscription costs €97 per year. A multi-user subscription costs €147 per year. Both prices are excluding Danish VAT.

How do I subscribe?

To buy a subscription, you first need to select whether you're subscribing as a business or as a private person.

If you're subscribing as a business, you can select either a single-user subscription (for individuals) or the multi-user subscription (for retailers). A multi-user subscription gives access to you and your colleagues (maximum 10 users in total).

For both business and private subscribers we also need to know where you're located, i.e. where your company is registered (for business subscribers) or where you live (for private subscribers). Denimhunters is registered in Denmark and to correctly calculate the VAT on your subscription we need this information from you.

Next, you're ready to put in your payment details and complete the purchase, which gives you instant access to all the content on the platform.

For how long does my subscription last?

The commitment period on a subscription is 1 year, and your subscription renews automatically.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

No problem, you can cancel your subscription any time before the next charge is made.

Can I subscribe and pay with my business credit card?

Sure! You just sign up as a business subscribe here. If your company is registered in the EU, you need to have your VAT number ready.

What if I change my mind?

As per our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer refunds of payments already received. If you have any pre-sales questions, feel free to contact us here.

What if I need more than 10 users?

If you need access for more than 1 store or more than 10 employees, request a quote here.
